Details:
A sense of drama is added to the entrance of this town house in Norwood with adjacent lap pool surrounded by continous sandstone clad walling.
A significant Palm tree was retained, creating the opportunity for a 'resort type' feel to the pool area. As the client travels frequently, maintanence of the pool is kept to a minimum with a concealed roll out electric cover. Pool equipment and storage is neatly concealed behind a feature cedar screen, referencing the materiality of the built form.
