In collaboration with Tectvs, WAX Design has applied principles of place making and urban design to create a vibrant, sustainable and intergrated pubilc realm.

Using the design influences of water and motion, a lush organic landscape spreads out from the building and draws inspiration and reference to the surrounding architecture and the riverine setting of Linear Park.

A resort styled landscape is acheived through tree lined walkways, a sunken ampitheratre, pool and gym facilites with intatimate courtyard areas and a veiwing deck to the adjacent corridor of the River Torrens.
