Inspired by the landscape designs of Burle Marx, the Art City masterplan creates an expressive palette of plants and forms, which translates the strong functional architecture of the former DTEI building into an elegant modern aesthetic.

Bold landscape treatments with organic forms, sweeping lines and a simple materials palette emulate the pleasure garden of the 1960’s and encompass modern design techniques.

Roof gardens create a series of gallery spaces for sculptural works and provide a sense of connection to the landscape below, whilst courtyards provide ‘green’ views from adjacent office and amenity areas.
