The masterplan for the Bayswood development provides an opportunity to create a unique design approach for the urban realm and landscape setting of this new residential area. The integration of built forms and open spaces ensures that a complete environment is designed.

The masterplan produces an environment that meets the expectations of the community, providing safe and liveable spaces, with high levels of environmental amenity (shade and shelter), legibility, access and stormwater management.
