Details:
The masterplan for Riverside Park combines independant living within medium density undercroft town houses and individual dwellings.
The community centre, combined with the town house productive community gardens and the individual gardens of the seperate dwellings, provides a sense of ownership for the residents and a cohesive landscape.

Site challanges of access and levels were overcome with the intergration of the landscape and storm water collection, creating a water sensative urban design using storm and rain gardens.
