In response to the forecasted residential growth of Two Wells, WAX Design in association with JPE were engaged to develop character statements and design guidelines for the Town Centre. These guidelines will be critical in ensuring that future demands, as well as the expectations of the community are balanced against the Town's existing 'sense of place'.

Using a detailed assessment and consultation process, design principles and planning precincts have been developed to guide the future character of Two Wells and provide a robust framework for growth within the context of the Town.
