The proposal is based on 70 wind turbines. Each wind turbine consists of a 90m high tower with 48m blades, producing a total height of 138m.

WAX Design in collaboration with SPA were engaged to undertake a detailed visual assessment of the development. This included analysis of GIS information, production of photomontages, on site analysis and quantified visual impact measurement, as well as assessing the visual effect at night.
